Students in Urban Go-Team 2010 meet with Jamala Rogers at the site of the former Pruitt-Igoe housing project. We discussed the history before, during, and after the building and opening of the thirty-three eleven-story buildings. Torn down in the 1970s, it is now largely overgrown with trees, weeds, and some unique natural specimens.

What do you think about St. Louis?
We have had three groups respond to our survey on St. Louis; nearly fifty at Soulard Market on April 17 of this year; approximately 100 in Clayton on June 7, and ten in response to our e-newsletter within the past week.
