instituted in that country/territory.
-After 10 months, a presentation of facts by UNESCO. If either country says yes

Rename the resolution:
"Worldwide Water Issues" to address broader issues of water globally.
New Operative clause 1:
United Nations should sponsor water infrastructure programs for the 10 worst
urban slums.
New operative clause 2:
U.N. should broker an energy trade deal between Uganda and China in order to
eliminate the need for Uganda to overuse water.
New operative clause 3:
Build irrigation and purification systems that helps clean the water, in
countries that have a source of water, and make it available to neighboring
countries that don't have water.
New operative clause 4:
Implement SODIS [personal water purification program] as a temporary measure.
New operative clause 5:
Build canals from saltwater sources and use de-salinization programs to make
water available.
New operative clause 6:
Establish a fund called W.A.T.E.R [Water Assistance Taking Every Reserve] to
raise money for costs. Use some of the money for rehydration programs. To fund
this,
