This past Spring, three or four students stood out in each of our seven middle school model UN sessions. We thought that it would have been fascinating to bring those “stand-out” students together for a special model UN of their own. However, it was too late in the school year to do so.
This coming school year we will have a “honors model UN” in May for those students who stand out in our regular sessions. They will have an opportunity to address more challenging resolutions and to dig deeper into issues. We will provide more information to middle school teachers in September.
