Saturday, September 17, Civitas hosted an event for last year’s Honors Model UN students and incoming freshmen. It was a unique event, because we had their parents participate too. The goal was to split up into 2 groups and have the parents make a bill of rights for students and the student make a bill of right for parents. Both groups came up with wonderful suggestions and it inspired a fantastic dialogue. (The recommendations will be posted later.) Here are some photos from the Bill of Rights Challenge.
