During the weekend of September 13-15, Civitas is looking for gregarious volunteers to help us run our outreach booth at the Kirkwood Greentree Festival. The festival is free to attend and will be at Kirkwood Park (111 S. Geyer Road, 63122)
We will be there:
Friday night from 5 pm – 10 pm
Saturday from 9 am – 7 pm
Sunday from 10 am – 5 pm
Anyone (high school students, college students, former Civitas participants, teachers) is invited to join us during those days to help talk about Civitas. We will be handing out flyers to upcoming events and building support for our educational programs. A Civitas staff member will be at the booth at all times to answer any additional questions.
We do have a tent and will provide a cooler with drinks for volunteers.
It will most likely be hot, so wear comfy clothing.
